On RoW, we ask that leaders make 3 posts per activity check (every 15 days). This is to encourage players to really commit to their lead characters so their pack flourishes, and in turn positively affects the RP of others in their pack.

If leaders are unable to make the minimum post requirement two activity checks in a row and are not on absence, then their characters are removed from leadership so a more active character can step up. After being removed from leadership, they must wait one month from the time of their demotion to try and win back their rank.

If a leader makes 1-2 posts two consecutive activity checks, they are demoted to the II. rank and must challenge their way back to leadership. If a leader makes 0 posts during an activity check, they are removed from the pack completely and their accounts inactivated just like a normal member. They must then rejoin their pack and work their way back up to the top of the ranks by challenging.
