Being the largest body of water currently found in Relic Lore, it is no surprise that the lagoon is a hotspot for most animals in the forest. From a deer herd to the odd, curious bear the lagoon is always a wildcard for what you'll meet when you visit. When untouched, the water is so still it looks like a mirror has been left in the middle of a forest, the trees surrounding it acting as a barrier against any winds that hope to break its surface. When the sun has risen to just the right height it reflects across the lagoon, giving a clear explanation of how it gained its name as it casts the clearing in a mottled glow.
