RE: But I have promises to keep - Pyriel - Jan 21, 2018

Pyriel didn't see the smile that the woman gave him through the flurry of the new guy. The Albarn had to wonder how old he actually was since he was acting like pup. Soon that was over and more serious issues were needing to be discussed. He listened diligently as the woman he learned to be Morganna spoke explaining why she was there and what she was doing.

The pale Agouti couldn't imagine moving ten wolves across the lore to a new home. He idly wondered if they all would make it. As he listened he learned more about the situation and filed it all in the back of his mind for later in case height need it.

RE: But I have promises to keep - Elias - Feb 03, 2018

Elias felt like a bit of a peeping tom for listening into a conversation that didn't concern him. He should have left them to their devices but...Morganna was here and even if it just meant basking silently in her presence then he was happy to do that. More than happy really,
ecstatic, like he was riding on cloud nine.

He didn't really understand what they were talking about. He had never heard of Quaking Vale, Castel or even Niles, they were just name's he'd hope to one day get the chance put to faces. This talk was sort of getting rather morbid though... the thought of graves and  starving to death made him fidget nervously as he stared down at his big ole bird feet. It was all a little too close to home but thankfully Morganna swiftly changed the topic he let out a big, relieved huff. Archers, now that was a topic he wanted to hear about!

RE: But I have promises to keep - Greer - Feb 08, 2018

His subordinates remained quiet as Morganna spoke, making it much easier to focus on what she was saying without any distractions. It pained him to hear about the passing of Niles’ mate, for the thought of losing Kyna was enough to make him tremble, but he was glad their younger brother had Morganna around. Otherwise their little brother might have joined his mate. He nodded, softly, as he digested the news. It seemed all the Archer’s were returning to the south… but just not to their birthplace beneath the sinewy willows. There was no place for him there—not anymore. Ravenna was doing a fine job of ensuring their mother’s legacy remained, but both Greer and Morganna were forging their own paths. Where go? She had mentioned the west in the past, but there was only so much room on the western side of the mountain. Was she planning on stepping on their younger sister’s toes?

What about you? How’s th’ family? He smiled at her words and shrugged, his expression much softer than it had been before. Kyna and Revon did that to him. Good, he answered with a long wag of his tail, his head tipped to the side. Quiet. Aside from the drama that had occurred between his pack and his birthpack—an unnecessary squabble over a meal—things had remained quiet atop the heights.

baby I'm back now, feelin' how I used to feel
Morganna Archer

Greer had been privy to her plans the whole time, even when she had claimed not to have any, and she planned on keeping him in the loop as much as he would tolerate once they were settled. "Th' Lagoon." There wasn't any hesitation in her answer, it had been as big a part of her life as the Rise, and with the south-eastern corner west of the serpent crowded with Archers as it was, it only made sense for her to spread a little further, "Probably t'wards th' Cedarwood." Or at least, close enough for Renier to visit without much worry, as long as Grizzly Hollow hadn't sprouted back up in her absence, as it had done before. She relaxed as Greer went on to speak of how things had been good and quiet since her last visit, she could only hope they would stay that way.
