This was it, he and Anastasia were going to have a real home; they were going to be part of a family and be among the founding members of Shade’s pack. His body buzzed with excitement, a bright smile place neatly across his maw as he awaited Ana’s response – what would she say, would she agree to the espresso male’s proposition? His entire body tensed, pear eyes focused on the female as he impatiently waited for a response to drop from her tongue. Although he had not (yet) met Shade’s children, as an empathetic wolf XIX worried for them as if they were already his packmates. The puppy inside of him wriggled with eagerness at the thought of playing with the puppies – deep within his heart he knew that joining these wolves was the right thing to do (and it meant being far away from Reaper.
“I will gladly help you and your children.” Her words sent a wave of joy pulsing through his body, gaze switching to Shade with the bright smile still plastered to his lips as his tail gave a quick wag. He could tell that his blue-eyed companion was also excited to meet Shade’s children – her enthusiasm was infectious as it radiated off her. XIX couldn’t wait to find Capella and tell her the good news – they were going to be packmates, which meant he could see her nearly every day! He was determined to prove himself as Anastasia already had an extremely important role, Lachesis had to show the muddy-eyed leader that he had made a good decision in letting the two wolves join their to-be pack. <b style="font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#446819;">“As would I,” the boy added after Ana spoke once more, his words paired with a quick nod as he kept his gaze focused on the larger male.

RE: i feel it in my bones - Shade - Jun 22, 2013

Shade couldn’t help but grin as she agreed to help, like weights taken off his chest, they both offered to stay in the pack, bringing two more members making it so they had enough female wolves for a pack again. That was always a good thing, and he worried lone wolf life would take a toll on his children. "Thank you so much, I own you so much for this! I shall take you two to them, for we would be lucky to have two wolves like you. We’re slowly moving towards a new place, since there seems to be a pack here, and they have discovered us." He admitted, the wolf, who had claimed the lands as his own, and the pack in which he belonged to.

Silver hearts, golden hearts, none of it mattered; it was just about one thing, the thing it had always been about, his own family. That family was the one he was making, even if they were all taken out tomorrow, there was still a bond that could never be erased. He lived for them; and them for him so to speak. His tail wagged, happy that they agreed to help on the matter before them. "Karpos is a bit of an adventurer and a really curious pup. Adsila is one who thinks she knows it all, but she’ll always follow Karpos on his adventures. Adsila and Karpos have their own nicknames, they call Capella ‘Pella’, than Karpos is ‘Karp’ and Adsila is ‘Adsi.’"

There would have been no way for Anastasia to turn that down. When it came to children she wanted to help if they needed her help and this time, it was a cry to her specifically. Shade needed her to help provide for them and if she was capable of such an act, then by good grace alone she would do it. Being able to help another was one of her greatest hobbies and this was certainly something she knew she would enjoy. Kids were a wonderful, magical thing that Anastasia would always want to be a part of. Especially when she felt that she was a long ways away from having any herself.

“That’s sounds lovely,” she exclaimed as her broom-like tail began to wave behind her in frantic motions, “I bet they’re absolutely darling.” As were most children, she knew. But these ones that Shade was bringing to her would take extra precedence. His children were going to be under her care for a little while, just until they were able to eat similar to adults. By heaven alone she was correct, by the way that Shade spoke of his children she knew that they were wonderful. Karpos and Adsila, both beautiful names for two children that’s he hadn’t even met yet but they would be special.

From here, she knew that her and the pups would get along great. Just like how she knew that Lachesis would get along well with them as well, but he would also have Capella to hang with. Something that did gnaw at her a little, not wanting to be separated from him, especially after the altercation with Reaper that still left her somewhat broken hearted. She didn’t want to leave him but she also wanted to see what would become of the plans Reaper had… she felt like he deserved to see the progress in his goal. But she didn’t and would never have the heart to progress with Reaper and leave her XIX behind.

Lachesis could not wait to tell find Capella and tell her the good news — with Reaper's proposition looming over the back of his mind, the yearling had been worried that Anastasia would have wanted to join a pack closer to him. It had surprised him when she had suggested joining this pack, but XIX knew that when the time came when Reaper called on his followers, the ghost would remain within Shade's pack. He had not told Anastasia of his plans, but he knew that if she had not already figured it out, she would soon. This had been what the boy had wanted since meeting the yellow-eyed girl; her had spoken passionately about the chocolate leader, and Nineteen had known that this was where he wanted to call his home. At least, for now — until they claimed a different territory for themselves.
Perhaps, with having such an important job within the pack, Anastasia would decide to remain part of the pack even when Reaper called on her to join the organization. After their meeting with the fiery-eyed Arctic the duo had not spoken much about, and had immediately headed toward the Woods to seek acceptance. Lachesis did not want to talk about it — he did not agree with the Arctic's plans, and as much as he cared for Ana, he could not join something that he did not feel comfortable with. The whole idea behind the organization bothered the boy, and he wanted to stay as far away from it as possible.
<b style="font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#446819;">"We c-can't wait to m-meet them," XIX added after Anastasia uttered her response, his smile honest as it stretched across his licorice lips. The boy became increasingly more excited as he thought about future scouting missions with Capella at his side, while Ana was back at the den tending to the puppies. Everything was slowly falling into place just as he had wanted — the traveling partners had finally found their home.

Shade smiled, agreeing was the key to a compromise, but this was no compromise, it was more of a deal, and he was happy that they agreed to help with the puppies, that was the key to his plan, have them grow up with a woman who can help them grow. With that, she called them darlings, sure they were, and they were of course. "Come with me, we’ll go meet them now!" He said happily, heading off through the forest, hoping that they were following. His pups were hungry, being without their mother, and his eyes were calm and his thoughts collected. It had all started with the LESE MAJESTY that the two lovebirds had gone through, it was when they broke off from Willow Ridge and Rosealia conceived children that would continue the Slayer line, that moment led to this.

Shade liked to remember the Rose before all the conflict had happened, that flighty and scared girl he had met at the borders, the one that he had fallen for. His tail waved from side to side, the den was approaching them or more like they were approaching the den. He loved his children, his eyes a bit irritated that Rose seemingly disappeared. She just left her mate and her pups behind, leaving them without milk to care for; she wasn’t his mate anymore, which was for sure. She disappeared at the most inopportune time, it angered him so much. What kind of mother left her children to the wild?
