RE: bwp: Blood & Gold - Spirit of Wildwood - Feb 06, 2016 @Veed @Serach [dohtml] Ambrosius hit the dirt with a loud squeal, pain shooting through his shoulder, eyes swimming. His legs flailed in the air, head veering as he tried to right the teetering world before him. There was commotion among the beasts behind him, and the young boar couldn't keep the fearful grunts from escaping his throat as he struggled. Time seemed to pass excessively slow, and yet way too fast; Any moment, any moment now they could be on him! But no jagged teeth bit into his rear, no murderous claws ripped up his rugged skin. Instead, he eventually managed his way back up, shaking his head to clear the last fog, pain still pounding both in his leg and shoulder, though he ignored it. Ambrosius did not look back to see who might be after him, he simply sprinted off into the forest, turning his nose back home as quickly as he could move. Mother would not be happy… But he wasn't gonna hang around here any longer. Ambrosius has escaped! - Maybe he will return again for another chance later on...
RE: bwp: Blood & Gold - Serach - Feb 13, 2016 Going to archive this thread now!
Drestig was at his side in a moment, and Serach leaned against the older wolf for support. His wound was not a serious one, but in the two years he had been actively hunting larger prey animals with his pack, he had never sustained an injury before and now he was in shock at having his luck run out. The boar was still squealing, and Serach's ears twitched as he heard the beast take off, running for safety while the wolves were distracted. Slowly, the youth turned his head to look to see where Veed had gone, but there were no signs of the strange white male. Narrowing his eyes, Serach scowled as he nodded in agreement with Drestig. "I'll be fine, I think. It's just a scratch," he said, trying to muster more bravado than he felt as he began to limp in the direction of the pack den. There was going to be hell to pay if he ever saw @Veed again, though, that was for damn sure. |
