The silence was easy to settle between them, but it was more a break in noise letting thoughts be pondered then of tension. Dove didn't appear to be changing her mind, more acknowledging someone was honestly wanting to help her. White tail softly struck the air behind her when she sensed energy building in the young wolf. She seemed younger then she was, but it didn't bother Jay, it was good to see the carefree of youth.

"Dove," she tested the simple, yet beautiful name giving a gentle bob of her head. "It suits you," she said no means trying to be cruel, but complimenting on how it fit her so well by her pure white coat, and gentle personality. Had her parents put it to her from the start? The question was brief in her mind, but left as quickly as it came. She shifted closer her paws lifting, and dropping slowly worried she may startled her. She had to see if she was still jumpy, she knew Elettra could be mellow but these days she wasn't sure of her Second's mood. Their losses had been hard on the elgant lady too.

"You ready to continue or do you need a rest before we head?" She asked, her brows slightly pressed not wanting to hurrying her, and hurt her paws more.
