RE: The deep hearts core - Woya - Mar 02, 2023 Yes, Oksana answered instead. Woya's ears fell back against the cap of her skull, that frown still tugging at her dark lips. That was truly a pity, and her opinion on this would only strengthen as time wore on and took more and more from the Cove. For now, though, the matter would be dropped. There was no sense in badgering a widow, especially one so fresh in her grief. Enera brought up an unfamiliar name, one she might have heard but since had forgotten. Their visitor knew who she spoke of though, and Woya met the yearling's eye to give her an approving nod. Whoever the wolf was, Turtleback wasn't too far and trips had to be made for water anyways. She trusted En to know what she was taking on. "C'mon, Sana," Woya motioned with her muzzle, ready to lead the fellow alpha to their den so that she could rest, refuel and speak more comfortably. Maybe meeting their gaggle of pups would help make this dismal trip a little bit better. "Let's get you out of this sun." RE: The deep hearts core - Enera - Mar 16, 2023 [dohtml] She had Woya's approval, and Oksana's muted thanks, and that was all Enera really needed. She nodded to both women, murmured a final condolence, and slunk off. "I'll go now," she said, heading out to find her turtle shell. Might as well get water while she was out. EXIT RE: The deep hearts core - Oksana - Apr 15, 2023 In the Crows eyes she didn't feel that they coukd leave the cove. It was where her children had called home since their birth. It was where she'd met Aleister and where they'd shared so many wonderful moments together. It was where he was buried and she couldn't just turn her back on him and leave the cove. So yes they would be staying. Oksana wanted to kick herself for not thinking of Chan. She knew he would want to know of her husband's fate. So when the girl offered to deliver the news Oksana agreed. She needed to get back to her children and her pack. "Thank you," she said to Enera before the girl had left. The Crows attention then turned to Woya as the other woman spoke of getting out of the sun. "I'd like that. It's been a long journey." Though it really wasn't that far to the Chasm Oksana felt like it had taken forever. |
