RE: almost perfect - Oksana - May 15, 2023 The season hadn't affected the crow much. Her body had been in no state to have a heat at least in her mind. It seemed she'd been right since she hadn't felt the familiar stirrings that it usually caused within her. She was grateful for thst too. The simple fact was that not only had she not been feeling herself she just wasn't ready to move on after losing Aleister. She'd quickly become aware of the changes in Aquene and thought that it was good the pack would be getting some pups this year. Once she answered Woya's call she realized that the Shaman wasn't the only one to have conceived. "Hello to the both of you. I hope I haven't missed anything," she said as she came to stand next to Nash. RE: almost perfect - Woya - Jun 16, 2023 Woya's tail wagged as Adelard materialized from flowered brush, still not quite over the thrill of seeing him again, of having her partner back beside her. Apple joined him, her distance and differing treatment not unnoticed by the mother. She had thought that one of her children souring on her would break her heart, but she honestly couldn't help but find the rebellion endearing. Maybe she wouldn't want to know it, but Apolline very much remind Woya of herself when she was a teenager. Except, she'd had Hudson. Despite the myriad of siblings she'd been born with, the young girl didn't seem to be particularly close to any of them. Maybe if they were truly 'on the road' instead of stuck in one place and whatever tragedies came with it, that could change. Nash came next, some kind of trepidation upon his features. She didn't pay it much mind, oblivious to the root of his ire and more interested in the following appearance of her son. Thinking he wouldn't mind as Apple was assumed to, Woya moved to greet him with a peck to his sandy brow. The last to come was then Oksana, who the Macieo matriarch gave a smile and wagged to welcome. The raven-colored woman, her children, and @Moonshadow were the ones that would be missed by her, but it was far from enough to keep her atop the mountain permanently. "Not at all. It's time for our family to move on, get to that adventuring we promised the kids. That is," her gaze went to Apple and Auggie both, softening along with her voice, "unless you two feel you're ready to make plans of your own?" She hoped they said no, wasn't ready for them to be ready, but Anatole and Armand were on their own, they were physically fully grown, and they deserved choices. If they made different ones than herself, Woya would understand. |
