It seemed they had found safe harbor – base camp as Eros called it. Annie’s tail wagged ever wider, her grin almost goofy as she nodded her head along to her sister’s words. It was great to know that they wouldn’t be tied down too firmly, but she was also excited to meet the rest of the Valle’s, and thought she could be quite content spending the winter among them.

She’d let ‘Ozzie’ take the lead, happy to make up the rear, looking around with great curiosity at this land so different from their cove; But it has its charms… Yes, she would enjoy wintering here.
