RE: Down is Up - and Rise. - Triell - Jan 08, 2013 [dohtml]
call me superman? How easily that emotion could be transferred from one target to the next. Triell didn't want to play his usual part of breaking up a fight between his two friends. Ice probably didn't understand why seeing her wasn't a total outrage to him either. There wasn't a whole time to explain, not like this. There was not a lot of logic in emotional chaos. Think. Treill had to hold back as Ice lashed at the tawny wolf, his words alone making her react. Triell had to some extent cussed her out too, and it was best the silver wolf got it off his chest. Bottling up could prove to be worse. As it seem he had not heard a word out of the black wolf's mouth. Or was it sinking in no need to worry about her? Why couldn't he sooth the tension? Naira stayed firmly, even as the large river wolf moved closer. It wasn't strange for Triell to see Ice's anger, but it had been awhile since either one of them had been this mad. He would not feel sorry for their victum. He wanted to string his carcass around Swift River. Would that keep them out? The white wolf moved, Triell fell in sync, and paused. A deep growl grew in his chest after Ice had spoke, but Triell was merely a back up. Ice should make him pay the price, and he gave a simple nod for the pale wolf to continue. If Blaze thought, or it seemed it needed to be quicker Tri would join in. RE: Down is Up - and Rise. - Ice - Jan 30, 2013 NPCing Blaze per Namara's wish. :) [dohtml]

RE: Down is Up - and Rise. - Naira - Feb 20, 2013 Crappy post is crappy. Sorry ;_; [dohtml] Ice focused on the task at hand and she should have taken her opportunity to run, but something held her place. Perhaps she expected more... some dramatic clash, ripping and snarling? Maybe she expected him to care more that he was about to die... But Numpty just lay there, and it was all over before it had even begun. Her breath was coming in shallow pants as she realised those cold silver eyes had been turned on her. Making her own eyes wide enough to show the whites and clearly looking away, she kept the pale wolf in her peripherals. Her tail had all but vanished beneath her stomach and her ears were flattened. Suddenly, she wished she were anywhere else. Some small part of her questioned whether Triell truly was her friend in this instance? Ice was his pack, his family, and she was more than in the wrong place at the wrong time. She wanted to run but her legs quaked beneath her. Could she get away if she wanted to? Did she even want to? She had been relegated to Lowest, her children didn’t know who she was and her mate was lost. What was the point? The shaking had moved further up her body now until her whole frame was wracked with shaking and her head was filled with the scent of blood. A nervous whine escaped her chest as her eyes momentarily darted to Triell then back to the ground. She didn't want to run, but she couldn't see any other way to get out of this alive. She turned on her tail and ran like her life depended on it. {end} |
