RE: Missing the Sun Part II - Sagacity - Apr 19, 2013

Willing and obedient, Sagacity followed Naira toward the cache where the medicinal plants were hidden. She didn't feel obliged to say much, nor that the quietude between them was any indication of a bad relationship. She watched with curious eyes as the herbs were revealed and chewed up. While she had a small knowledge of plants and herbs, and though she had no inclination toward becoming a healer, she was interested in the subject as it was a good one to have, even if only for personal use. She could smell the scent of the plant as it was chewed up and even moreso when Naira approached to slather some on Sagacity's chest wound, surprising the Scout by tending to the silver beta's wounds before tending to her own. She stood calm and still while the lukewarm paste was applied to her wound and lowered her head to sniff at it curiously once it was settled.

She would have offered to help Naira had the alpha not already begun to set her own wounds straight. She waited, though, for Naira to finish tending to her wounds before she spoke a quiet word of thanks, to show her appreciation for the medication. She would have healed fine, she knew, without the herbal medicine, but that did not mean that using the herbs wasn't a better alternative. Now quite calm in the wake of the cougar intrusion, Sagacity thanked her alpha for the help and the medicine, and humbly set off on her own way, intending to rest a bit before taking on the rest of the day.
