RE: The winds have changed - Sloane - Jul 31, 2013

Sloane was pleased with the man's answer and he didn't miss the look of pride that came over young Minka with his own words of praise for her own judgment. Well, now they had added another member to the pack... at a most vital time. With his young here now, Narime' would be even less available to the pack than her troublesome pregnancy had allowed. He could only hope that delivering the children would ease her issues. He was anxious to see his bride not looking green around the gills.

He nodded silently to the pair as they headed of, Minka proudly showing her friend his new home. He couldn't help a small smile that quirked the side of his mouth. It wasn't so very long ago that he and Narime' had been in the throws of untested emotions that drove them to distraction. He couldn't fault them their affections, but he hoped that it would cause no issues in the future.

He watched them disappear into the foliage before turning back towards the den and hurrying at top speed to get back to his love and their beautiful children. The emotions that his newly expanded family brought out in the over-sized wolf might have made someone laugh for he was surely wrapped around Narime's delicate silver paw and he had no doubt that their children would do the same to him. He might be a big strong tough-looking wolf on the outside, but he was a marshmallow on the inside when it came to those that he loved.
