RE: Let Me Break My Chains - Hollow - Dec 28, 2013 [dohtml] Hollow had to take a breath again and steady himself. He had felt the shift in atmosphere, and as badly as he wanted to snap at everyone to keep there mouths shut he knew he couldn't. That would only make it worse, so Hollow just steadied himself and calmed his boiling blood. He tried to banish the thoughts of Azariah and the burning desire to throw every last ounce of his burdens upon this new wolf, and Nina, and Miccah. But Hollow couldn't do that, no these were his burdens to bear, no matter how badly it hurt, they weren't going to go anywhere until faced them and defeated them on his own. But they bore down upon so that he could almost feel his shoulders start to crack.
As if the weight of the world weren't enough, Nina was only just beginning to come to terms with Tacoma's death enough to help with things like this. But of course now the weight was liable to shift itself to her shoulders as Hollow's own grief had begun over his lost love. But he wasn't going to let that change him at this moment, Silver deserved fair judgement and so he and Nina would bestow it upon her. The needed wolves, capable hunters and scouts more than anything in this winter. So Hollow turned his head towards Nina and gave her a look, his face pained, slowly unraveling behind his eyes. The message there was still clear, We need hunters, let her in. It would do Nina good to be the voice of judgement. RE: Let Me Break My Chains - Nina - Jan 05, 2014 When I add her, it will look weird in the ranks because there are people who are also in joining threads before you. <3 [dohtml]
RE: Let Me Break My Chains - Silver - Jan 05, 2014 (Totally fine by all means Lightning!) It had been quite a while sense Silver had experienced a muzzle grab. Though she let the woman proceed to do so. Officially she was granted a member of Secret Woodlans, as the male Alpha called it, before rising. Looking over to the dark large male for guidance on what to do. Before both the Alphas were out of hearing range she called out. "I can't thank you two enough! I promise in time I shall prove myself loyal." Padding a tad bit closer to the second she offered him a smile. "Where do we start?" Silver was eager to prove herself to not only the Alphas, but everyone. The pups, seconds, lows, she meant everyone. Yet it seemed she had to start with the male second. As he was the one to show her around. The first one she would carry a conversation with possibly. "I do have one question though, do you know how many scouts or hunters there are? I like to know before I engage in possible jobs." To be honest she didn't wanted to be one out of four or five hunters. Or to be one out of three scouts. It would only be more complicated for herself to have to compete with more then what she could deal with. Awaiting the male to speak to her questions, if he even knew the answers, Silver made sure to keep herself in a lower position then him. Even if the large second was already bigger then herself. She would still play it safe around high ranks. RE: Let Me Break My Chains - Miccah - Jan 08, 2014 Permission to skip Hollow and to PP Silver. [dohtml] Miccah was like a ghost in the background. He was attuned to the proceedings in front of him, hearing the words that flew between his alphas and Silver--a prospective new candidate for Secret Woodlands. But every once in a while, his eyes would wander around the dense canopy of thickets, searching for danger. His ears were pricked attentively to what was going on in front of him, but every couple of moments his ears would swivel, alert for any sign of danger. Multitasking was always one of his fortes. He was doing such a perimeter check when he heard his name coming from Nina's maw. Immediately, his eyes and ears tuned back into the conversation. It would seem that Silver had been accepted. His alphas took their leave, and no time had passed before the older woman practically bounced her way to him. Her eagerness to prove her loyalty and curiousness of the pack, amused him. But he showed no signs of it on his face. He opened his maw to answer her question. "As far as I am concerned, no ma'am. But I have recently arrived myself just a few short months ago. I advise that you seek the information yourself in due time." His tone was polite and warm as usual as he began to pad forward. "Come," he beckoned with a commanding swish of his tail. The woman followed. He'd take her on a tour of their lands and then leave her be. They both had jobs to attend to. Him, gaurding the borders, her, an answer to her questions.
