She ran her tongue along the roof of her mouth, the enunciated words feeling foreign and false in her mouth but apparently achieving the desired result. The princess fought down an unladylike scoff as he began to move away, stoic glare and eyes burning a hole in the skittish man’s back, unblinking when he turned to glance over his shoulder. Morganna continued to watch the Andreas as he retreated with scrambling steps, her eyes narrowing as they took note of the path he picked up the heights.

She still stood under the trees looking up, long after he had left her sight the encounter playing over and over in her mind. She could tell @Elettra of their new neighbours, perhaps receive an official tasking to make contact… or she could keep the information to herself and steal away under the guise of gathering herbs and make contact all on her own…

It was her lawful nature that would win out in the end as she rose to her paws and headed back towards the storage den to seek her mother out. She was only a yearling after all and diplomacy was something she recognised as a weakness of her own, but hopefully not something she couldn’t grow into with guidance. This wasn’t her pack - yet, and until it was she would defer to those who knew better than she.
