RE: wake up to the sun - Cernan - Sep 07, 2016

OOC: @Wraith - alright, archiving!

The collision registered across his forehead, but it was instantly clear that even this would not move the dark giant. Had he been lighter, the pup might even have bounced off of his opponent, but instead he only staggered a step. Before the Prince could really look up, a playful smack caught him on the back of the head. Wraith was chuckling, and it brought out the slightest chuff of amusement from the youngster as well. He stepped back, getting a better look at the man while he spoke. Cernan's tail swished back and forth behind him in appreciation.

Whether or not he thought he did well was much less important than the older, stronger wolf's opinion, and the boy sensed no deceit. He nodded his muzzle in agreement at the suggestion that they get moving once more; and settled back into a trot behind his temporary mentor; albeit a much more relaxed one. The lake child flattened his ears once in fleeting submission; just in case. Wraith no longer felt like an unknown danger, and should they cross paths again in the future Cernan hardly thought there would be nearly as much caution involved. As the two set back into their steady pace, his thoughts and attention returned to attempting to locate any traces of Al. All in all it was rather fortunate to have run into an adult willing to help; he certainly hadn't expected a stranger to assist so readily.
