HECATE LIAR

see it through a liar's eyes

With a few charging strides, the strangers were off- tripping on their low hanging tails, heavy with disappointment and disgrace. She would be sure to read up on these fools, know them and their weaknesses. In her mind, they had made a fatal error; and she would deal their repercussions... personally. The young woman picked up her stride, announcing a high and slightly maniacal laugh. She had always relished the pride of winning, but the feeling never failed to surprise her. She kept up with Morganna as she trod upon the land the cowards were standing only moments before. Her matriarch might not have voiced herself, but instead sang a tune. Hecate allowed herself the honors and fell in behind with a air of violence tied with the melodic chords. A slow smile tugged at her lips, digging her claws into the stamped upon ground. They had protected their space with sheer looks; what an age to be apart of Willow Ridge.

RE: and you're the sky - Nicolò - Dec 26, 2015

They were all pathetic cowards. As soon as they saw who they were messing with, they were quick to flee. Nicolò could only laugh at them. Not only were they cowards but idiots, as well. He flanked his pack mates and they moved as won. It was no surprise that Willow Ridge was triumphant. The storyteller should not have had any doubts, after all, some of the Ridge were either from the Torbine or had blood from there, and triumph was what they were excellent at. It was almost there in their blood that any royal born of the Archers would be extraordinary. Thus far, Morganna had proven to be more than worthy. She was on top of it, one of the first to arrive and one of the first to celebrate.

The dark man stopped when the pack did, his pale eyes gleaming with victory. He was sure those scumbags would not return to this part of the lore for a while. The Ridge wolves had made it clear that there were to be no sharing with their hunting ground, especially with the winter approaching so quickly. When Morganna raised her voice in song, Nico was quick to join, his low voice intertwining with hers. The Ridge wolves were not to be messed with and anyone within the vicinity would be sure to know that.

It was slightly dissapointing seeing them run, for the blood in the Archer woman's veins still sang for battle. She was bred within the lands of Torbine, after all. But alas, the Ridge wolves had shown their strength in a wordless fashion, and the feeling of triumph glowed in her sandy gaze. Looking around at her pack mates, Adele saw similar feelings being portrayed. Her attention turned towards her siblings and then to her niece, the newly crowned queen of the Willows. As Morganna lifted her muzzle to sing of their victory and others joined in, including her brother beside her, the chocolate woman wagged her tail softly as she too lifted her muzzle to the skies to sing of their triumph.

Today, the Ridge wolves had shown their overpowering strength. Wolves who were not their allies were not welcome on their hunting grounds. So happily, the Archer huntress added her soft alto to the chorus of voices around her. This wasn't just only a song of victory, but a song of warning as well. To the running wolves and to any enemies that could possibly be nearby. The wolves of Willow Ridge were never to be trifled with, or there would surely be hell to pay.

RE: and you're the sky - Enoki - Dec 29, 2015

What thunder the wolves of Willow Ridge hoped to acquire in battle was swiftly swept out from under their paws as their opponents wove the white flag of surrender. Cowardly tails tucked firmly beneath their rumps as multi colored limbs raced for the safety of Serpent's Pass. A snort of Enoki's wrinkled muzzle her response to such weakness as smoldering amber optics watched them slink away behind the craggy heights. The once lifted curtain of her lips smoothing back down over flashed ivory teeth. "Serves them right." She muttered under her breath before the commotion of her pack mates robbed her attention.

One by one each member lifted their skulls skyward toward the heavens above in the wake of Morganna's cry. A cacophony of victorious howls breaking out on the air, the piebald woman's own battle hymn not to be left out. Releasing her soprano voice to mingle triumphantly among those sung, ebony ears splayed back than pivoted forward proudly. Ivory dipped banner swaying confidently at mid staff amidst the chorus of commotion, an abundance of pride coursing through the patchy woman's veins. Today Willow Ridge was once more proven a force too great to be so easily trifled with. Together the pack sang in unison, daring the next adversary to step up to the plate.
