I run this Town - Toxin - Aug 10, 2015 Backdated to July 20th @Anneliese [dohtml] @Sabik hadn't been around for quite some time, and the young heir assumed that he must of been elsewhere scoping out future Asurn territory or stirring up trouble. Either way the red hued girl thought he should come marching back immediately, or she wouldn't mind an ass whooping if given enough time to holler at his scum bag hide. Snorting Nightshade strolled down what was becoming a well worn path made by a lone beast. The smell of the female hung thickly in the air and their was few traces of her male company. They needed followers, particularly brutes willing to join their little band of mischief and hopefully conquer some weakling pack resting on plentiful land for their kingdom to blossom on. She could see it now, a family of warriors sending out their sons and daughters to weasel up another pack's ranks. Till one day they would rule most of, or, preferably, all of Relic Lore. A dreamy sigh escaped black lips, before Night pushed her cheek into the thick trunk of a tree to stench up the area furthermore. Roughly rubbing her scent gland up and down scratchy bark. Smiling to herself as she reached the same point she started, Toxin figured that her work was done for today. There was no way someone could make a mistake by coming through here, unless their goal was to piss someone off. With this in mind she returned to a small lump of dirt and dug up her earlier catch of rabbit, then thoughtlessly went back to bury it in the proper catch that at this point was full of small things. Bunnies, mice, birds, squirrels, and other mouthful snacks. Lack of social interaction was digging like talons into her skin, the need to boss someone or manipulate them increasing day by day. She wanted someone to submit under her, or at least a good story teller to stumble into her pathway. Better yet, a skilled healer in the talent of poisoning others. Oh how she would love to be able to kill an entire enemy pack with a simple plant! She shivered in delight at the very thought of their crumbling faces...then, oh their pups, how she would devour the no good ones and rob the strong of innocence. They would become her mindless drones, doomed to watch this land as her slaving away army. Once finished dealing with the cache the monster headed out, past her markers a touch, just in attempt to find something new and interesting. RE: I run this Town - Anneliese - Aug 12, 2015 [dohtml] The ferns had changed since the last time she'd ventured into their crimson waves. As she entered the portion of the forest that homed her favorite fronds, the scent had hit her immediately and she wondered if a second pack had laid claim to this area, knowing already of the one that existed to the north west. Were they allies, rivals, strangers? She wondered, and concern bubbled up within her mind. Respectful all the same of the invisible boundary, Anneliese skirted around it, disappointed that she could not freely venture in her favorite forest. Yet as she walked, realization hit her that it was only one scent that hung in the air, and the paladin knew that indeed, something odd was up here. Breaking the barrier, she dared to step inside and travel deeper. Her movements were stealthy, senses sharply attuned to everything that was occurring around her. Danger seemed to buzz within the air, and she would not be caught off guard. In moments, the perpetrator was within proximity, and upon sight Anneliese was somewhat shocked to note her age. Brows furrowed, she considered the possibility of this girl being nothing more than an orphan trying to claim her own piece of the world in the midst of her loss. Still, she did not feel at ease. Standing tall, Anneliese let out a sharp bark to alert the teenager to her presence. She was very interested in what this lass had to say for herself. RE: I run this Town - Toxin - Oct 05, 2015 (Sorry so late! Since so much time has gone by, can we possibly keep this from escalating into a fight please?) Nightshade had sensed the presence of another even before the unnecessary notification. The breeze had been drifting towards the younger wolf, whether the other had realized, and the agouti had not cared enough to face the intruder just yet. Instead she allowed them to travel closer and simply let out a monotone reply, “Did you not scent our borders?” She asked this fatly, turning to look at @Anneliese with disgust. Out of all that could have stumbled along, a Great Plains? A quite snort escaped her black nostrils. Facing the cream beast now, Night slunk forward steadily, as if moving to some tune only she could hear. Her posture was elegant and quite fitting for her kind, tall, tail raised, ears pressed forward, and head held proudly. Stopping at a distance in which she could still side step and counter attack if the woman made a move, she offered on of her aliases, “I'm Lixir,” The statement was bland and blunt. Her own brows began to knit together as she cocked her head ever so slightly, “Curious, I must admit, to have a trespasser.” Though it was said in a statement, the red monster was truly asking her why are you here and what do you seek? Silence was something Nightshade embraced and found comfort in, allowing it to settle like a dark silk cape hung tightly around her neck. She found delight in the use of body language and comfort in the lack of words to pollute the fresh air with stupidity. If one was to speak, they must be careful of what they say, and first examine it within their mind to make sure it has purpose. Only the wise and those who seek knowledge and wisdom alike should have the gift of voice, she thought. Not the folly minded scum that stained Earth. Mahogany eyes came from the scenery back onto the pack bitch challenging her to slip up in the presence of such a worthy creature.
