Heaven help us, where do we begin? - Taslima - Aug 27, 2016 @Sylva :D
[dohtml] With no intent to waste time, Taslima got straight to work. Whether she liked it or not, things would run much smoother for her if she got to know the wolves of the notch sooner rather than later, and what's sooner than first day? Trying not to hyperventilate, the fae first practiced her lines in solitude. "Hi, how are you? Er, no. Hello! I'm Taslima! Who-er, How are you? Wait.." Gah! What was happening? The Lieris couldn't ever recall being this nervous in the past! Perhaps it was because this time around family was involved, though even still the fact that she couldn't get her lines right with nobody around was rather annoying. "Short and sweet.." she murmured before starting from the top. "Hello, I'm Gent's niece Taslima! To whom might I have the pleasure of addressing?" Perfect, though it was rather a mouthful. The likeliness of that coming out of her mouth perfectly whilst in front of a stranger was rather slim, was it not? "Maybe I should just shoot for a simple 'hey' and wait for the conversation to escalate itself.." the honeyed wolf sighed, slinking around the territory to (regrettably) find her first victim. "For what it's worth, this place sure is a lot prettier than the last.."
Dreaming of some other place warm. Taslima Lieris[/dohtml] RE: Heaven help us, where do we begin? - Sylva - Aug 27, 2016 [dohtml] The ebony wolf trudged quietly through the bushes, humming to herself, about the only noise she could make with a mouth stuffed full of freshly picked herbs, varying in diversity as Sylva had been out all morning to harvest and collect fresh stock, the oldest piles set in her little lair of the infirmary den were brown and brittle and it annoyed the ocd wolf to no end to have at least three piles of each plant sorted in there by potency, the oldest stuff could be used for fairly miner issues and the freshest saved for stronger dosage. Her brown fringed tail flicking behind her as her ears perked, catching a few words from someone, someone whom she hadn’t recognized. “Short and sweet.” Brown eyes blinked as the wolf paused mid stride, that advice almost causing a sense of Daja Vu as Sylva had been told almost the exact same thing by @Raela, but the most pressing thing she needed to figure out was who this unknown wolf was, and why she was on the Notch’s territory. Soon the small wolf resumed her pace, but much quieter, incase this wofl truly was an intruder.
She stopped, mid step yet again, one forepaw frozen in the air as she caught more of the wolf’s conversation. “Ghent’s ‘eice?!” She squeaked out loud in shock, all stealth abandoned as she scampered forward, crashing through the bushes and collided...with a wall of brown, white and orange fur, a muffled squeak escaped, though somehow she had managed to keep the herbs clamped firmly in her jaws. Thought Dialogue RE: Heaven help us, where do we begin? - Taslima - Aug 28, 2016 [dohtml] Taslima hadn't any time to process exactly what was happening before a strong force suddenly stuck her, causing her to fall flat on the ground and forcing a rather unbecoming whimper from her creamy muzzle. "Ow, ow, ow!" The fae exclaimed, wincing at the sting the tumble caused. She then glanced up to locate the perpetrator, though upon further inspection the only reasonable cause was a wolf of about her stature who's mouth seemed to be stuffed to the brim with some.. Strange looking plants? "I-I'm sorry," the Lieris exclaimed, carefully propping herself up from the ground. "I-I must have been in the way, are you alright?" she panicked, limping over to the stranger in case they were in need of any help. So much for simple introductions, though the fae would surely have a difficult time forgetting Taslima now! "I-I.. I don't know how to help if you're hurt, but if you can just tell me where the medical den is, well, I could help see you to our medic, I.. I'm so sorry!" Did this pack even have a medic? She wasn't sure, however more so than not the packs she's resided with in the past have had at the very least someone with common medical knowledge, so perhaps the idea wasn't so far fetched. "I'm a good wolf I swear!" Dreaming of some other place warm. Taslima Lieris[/dohtml] RE: Heaven help us, where do we begin? - Sylva - Aug 29, 2016 [dohtml] Sylva laid on the ground, groaning quietly as she picked up a few of the other girl’s words. Her brown gaze shot open though when she was asked if the pack had a medic, trying to figure out the best way to say Yea...you just met her… She slowly rolled over, laying the herbs down on the grass before grunting and giving her fur a shake before addressing the larger female “Yea...the den’s down near the Spring..I was on my way there now…” maybe Taslima would pick up on what Sylva was implying? Or would she have to spell it out like so many had to have done for her before. She opened her mouth, though pausing as the words were lost at the other wolf’s next words of “I’m a good wolf.” Memories flooded the ebony yearling’s mind, all those conversations she had with @Raela, using those exact same words, Taslima seemed to be just like her, was it possible though? Had Sylva finally found someone similar to her? She shook the thoughts away for now though before returning to reality and eying what appeared to be a new pack mate
“It’s alright...let’s start with introductions, I’m Sylva, the pack’s medic in training, you are?” She gave a small grin, settling down on her haunches as she kept the precious herbs safely between her fore paws, tail wagging gently behind her. Thought Dialogue RE: Heaven help us, where do we begin? - Taslima - Sep 14, 2016 Sorry for the wait!! D:
[dohtml] '..On her way there now?' Had the wolf been implying that she'd already been hurt before the incident? Taslima sure hoped not, for that little tumble surely wouldn't do any good on top of any other existing medical problems. With a frown, the fae waited to see if her company would elaborate any further on the subject. After all, it'd be rude of her to pry on her own. 'I hope I didn't make things wore for her...' "M-medic.. Oh!" Taslima smiled. Of course she was the medic! That would explain the funny looking herbs that the fae was carrying in her mouth so dearly! Letting out a chuckle, the young traveler couldn't help but feel a bit dumb for not realizing sooner. "I-I'm Taslima.. Er, I don't have any fancy titles yet but.. I do hope to one day be a teacher to the notch!" Because surely becoming a teacher would impress the other members! And handling pups was almost a second nature to the girl, what better a role to pick? "Oh and uh, I'm also Gent's niece.. I've just been accepted today, so sorry if this is the first time you're learning of this.. Actually, I just found out myself not that long ago ahah." [/dohtml] |
