RE: Trial by Fire - Morganna - Nov 27, 2016

the world is gonna tear us apart
Morganna Archer

Morganna's attention was drawn to @Lorcan as he sunk closer to the ground, a small frown tugging at her lips. It wasn't his fault she had failed to correct them and the wrong information was passed on. Recalling the old loner that had fallen and bumped his head she quietly snorted to herself, eyes finding the white woman again. Lorcan was far too nice, and while it might suit a healer in any other pack it never applied to her own mother. The boy could take a leaf out of her book in that regard.

@Craw seemed pleased with her offerings and as he moved to grasp her muzzle Morganna gave herself a shake. Bowing down to stretch and yawning to show just how boring this had all become she turned to Lorcan once again. "Let's see what we can see today." She ran her flank along Craw's in passing, hooking her muzzle under his chin with a small chuff that promised she wouldn't be long. With any luck they would be able to return with something fresh to eat, and if luck wasn't shining down on them, perhaps they would at least catch a whiff of the herds that remained now the cold was setting in.

Archiving this thread now :D
Lorcan listened carefully to Craw’s words, russet ears perking up with interest as he waited silently behind his two superiors within the pack borders. Lorcan couldn’t help but smile when he caught Craw’s final verdict, black tipped tail wagging happily as his attention turned to the newest member of the pack. He remained low to the ground, watching with anticipation as the large monochrome male asserted his dominance over the small alabaster girl, before rising up to sit more casually once the formalities were over with.

Catching Saradathia’s nod, Lorcan returned the gesture whilst offering her a relieved smile, feeling thankful that his little misunderstanding before hadn’t cost her a place within the pack. The young male would have felt sick with regret if she had been turned away from Whitestone Monadnock because of him. When Morganna turned towards him, Lorcan dipped his head respectfully before his tail started wagging eagerly at her proposition of an impromptu hunt. Rising back more confidently onto all fours, the agouti male paused a moment to stretched out into a playful bowl to warm up his muscles before he moved to walk keenly behind Morganna, nose pressed to the ground in search of any appetising scents to track down.
