The temperatures seemed to be warming up which only caused some excitement in the healer as that meant spring was getting closer with each day. Their troubles over the scarceness of prey would be over and they would be able to fill their caches once more. It was a check of the caches on that particular morning that had sent him over the border in search of food to bring back. He was hoping that he might find something to bring back a little further north into the palisade or even the lowlands and the forests beyond. He had been traveling as much as he could not only to see the state the rest of the lore was in but also to find his pack food.

This particular trip however had led him into a part of the lore he had yet to see which caused him to immediately become more cautious. It wasn't often he traveled into new places since he often put his guard up. In these situations where he was unsure of what he would meet he couldn't help but be more cautious. As he climbed higher he could see for further and further distances which he didn't see as a bad thing. Perhaps he could spot some prey from the height. The wind ruffled the fur on his back as he stood at the top looked across the land.
