Disguised as friends and family - Odin - Mar 19, 2017 [dohtml] Well, he hadn't anticipated this. Odin had thought perhaps he would take the girl and drop her home Well, he supposed, they might be considered too young in other circles but Odin thought himself perfectly capable, (even missing an eye). But he was also grateful he wouldn't be expected to catch food for two, since she had shown so little interest in contributing over the last few weeks. It would seem they had timed their exit just right, with Sven intent on grabbing leadership by the throat things had become... uncomfortable for the one-eyed boy, and he felt it wasn't his place to watch the fallout. Politics was not a hobby of his and he dearly missed the touchy feely members of his own pack, and his sister - he missed her the most. So they had set out in silence, no real pecking order among them, little but silent company until finally they reached the northern edge of the grove. The warm weather had left a layer of slush over the iced river and for the first time in a long time, the boy was uncertain. He looked to his companions, the edge of a nervous smile pulling at his lips before he suggested, "One at a time, ey?" He barely managed to bite his tongue before adding a sardonic, ladies first? RE: Disguised as friends and family - Bojack - Mar 21, 2017 BoJack didn't like any of this. He would have happily taken Nimble home by himself. Except for that the large male likely wouldn't have. Surely he would have found some way to keep her around longer because he was in no way ready to give up her presence. Her parents and pack would whisk her away and he'd be left alone again. He would return to the willows to repay her debt while she was smothered in love and properly protected. He kept silent most of the trip. The silver eyed male often replied with nods or snorts. He liked both Nimble and Renier but this Odin kid was still too unknown. He had just come from the North with news of where the young girl belonged to. He was one-eyed too which was a weird thing for someone who was not even a year old. Had he been attacked by the same feral beast that got Nimble? They were upon some river. Frozen and covered with some slush. His silver eyes looked to the young boy and raised a brow. He had had his eye taken but was scared of walking across a river in winter? With a snort, BoJack pushed to the front of the group and slowly stepped onto the river. His eyes were trained on his paws and where he placed them. So far, so good. |
