will the soundtrack kindly produce a sound? - Iyes - Jun 09, 2017

for @Heigen - Iyes wants to learn how to kick ass! Some minor pp of Heigen out on patrol
Sunny morning, 60F

Morning broke easy on a good day, the sun's energy heating up the cold stone of the mountain and waking up the bones of a young wraith. Iyes gave a languid stretch as she pulled herself away from the den, amber eyes squinting against the brightness which was coming to be more and more common now. Winter, once refusing to leave, was now long gone. Not a single cloud in the blue sky threatened to tarnish the glory of the warm day, a happy fact which roused a dormant excitement in the Aurora Heights yearling. The sun was glistening, the breeze was playful, and she was teeming with vivacious energy - and for once, she knew what to do with it.

Iyes set off through the territory, dark nose twitching until she caught on to Heigen's scent and tailed him to his exact location as she so often did. He had beaten her to a morning patrol, which was all well and good, but she had a bit more strength coursing through her bones than could be satisfied by a simple sweep of the borders, not today. Since the inception of the Heights she had felt herself growing stronger, showing lean muscles beneath her dark coat rather than bones. Unfortunately this didn't contribute anything in the height department - but even a little wolf could learn how to throw their weight in a fight. Or so she intended.

As the tawny Guardian came into view Iyes bounded forward, failing to stop before colliding with his body in what could only be described as a casual, affectionate, bodyslam. A toothy grin accompanied her forceful greeting, her amber eyes twinkling with anticipation as she gave him just enough space to fill with bullet-quick words. "Hey, good morning Gen, can we have another fighting lesson now please?" She tried to give an innocent wave of her tail, but she was too excited and it trashed behind her instead.

He was not prepared to have Iyes bound into him but he couldn't say he was very surprised. The large male caught his foot before stumbling as he was given a rather affectionate bodyslam (and it wasn't every day someone could get one of those). There was that toothy grin too. Heigen couldn't stop a small chuckle from falling forth as she speedily announced she wanted more fighting practice. He nodded his head softly, bumping his nose into her crown with a bit of force to return her bodyslam.

"Well good morning to you too, Iyes." His own tail began to beat in the air behind him as loose pine and fir needles fluttered down. "Eager little beaver, aren't ya?" The older male gave another chuckle with affection. "It's hard to say no to that face and I suppose I do owe you one." He gave a good stretch before rolling his shoulders. Despite her size, she seemed to be a good scrapper and he knew better than to go in unprepared.

Heigen tossed his head for her to follow him to a more clear area. The last thing he wanted to do was push her into a large rock or vice versa. Lucky for them a nice clearing wasn't too far away. The large Colette male moved and positioned himself to be across from her. Brown eyes lit up with a bit of excitement as he squared up. "So what will we be focusing on today?" He asked as his tail swayed behind him kindly.
