RE: wait for it - Inna - Jul 11, 2017

[dohtml]

While Inna hadn't been expecting Risa to fall into the water as she'd hoped her sister would have stopped before that happened she wasn't surprised it did. Just as quickly as she'd fallen in Inna pulled her out and deposited her on the bank before checking her over. A whine vibrated her throat as the pup choked which was to be expected when Inna thought Risa had swallowed some if the water. Another whine left her as Her sister almost fell when she shook her pelt out. Inna also accepted that aside from being waterlogged she sibling was just fine.

The Raven was happy that her sister was okay and seeming to have not been phased too much by the water. She didn't want Risa to fear the water especially since it was such a big part of their lives. The Baranski was starting to realize just how fearless her little sister was and hoped it wouldn't get her into trouble later in her life.

The way Inna saw it they had two choices at that point, stay and have a swimming lesson or go on with their adventure. She wanted Risa to choose since she had brought the pup just to spend time with her. Whatever her sister wanted Inna would do. This was her siblings day and she wanted it to be fun, it couldn't be if the Raven made all of the decisions for the child.

Inna laughed not surprised at all by the response she got from the younger wolf as it seemed adventure was a magical word for puppies. “Then we shall continue our adventure.” The request was made more clear by Risa, “More it is.” As her sibling took off around the edge of the pool I'm a was close behind to get her if she fell in. Then Inna moved ahead of her sister to lead the way deeper into the cave.

RE: wait for it - Risaela - Jul 12, 2017

This would go down in history as one of the best adventures in Ris' young life, and the beginning of her blossoming sisterhood with Inna. The two of them would go on to explore the rest of the cave, but Risaela would become tired toward the end. After all, she was just a puppy still, and though she was tough and brave and everything was super duper awesome, she still needed her rest. She might not have liked it, but she was well aware that it was something that she very much needed if she were to adventure again the next day.

Or, the next hour or three, depending. She was just going to take a nap.

The silver-tawny pup had been about to find her way back to the community den, or just nap out in the middle of nowhere - which, she did quite often - when a better idea struck her. Inna had a den, and Oksana was already asleep, so why not just take a nap there? It didn't occur to her that the black-furred Baranski wouldn't want her to be in the den with them.

And, fortunately, her sibling did not mind. So that was how Risaela ended up in the den with them, splayed out ungraciously beside Oksana and pressed into Inna's raven fur. A splash of silver in a bed of obsidian, but yet not out of place at all.
