RE: so you run on gasoline - Lila - Sep 11, 2017

Her heart was only uplifted further by her mother's own announcement to the misted wood. She could not have kept a smile off her lips. Even if it would appear her siblings were not the only new faces she would be encountering. There was no use getting bowed up about it. Maybe, some of these would remain. It was with a twitch of her nose she disregarded the tension that had suddenly coiled in her chest. She would always be a bit weary of strangers seeking the Bend for a home. She'd just have to see if any were worth paying mind to.

An ear had remained turned upon Ice, and she did frown upon his statement. She had known Lena would eventually leave, but it didn't make her miss her any less. Trying to save face, her mask gathered in neutrality she replied, "She probably missed her home as much as I did mine." No one could blamed for that.

There was a furrow of her brow at the mention of the trip. The dark child made no comment in turn, even if her tongue suddenly felt hot from the sudden rise of burning questions. For now she merely remained silent, taking in her mother's own emotions of the matter. Uncertain of her very own.

Truth be told she wanted to run all the way back, just to look upon those three, new faces. Happily inform them who she was. There was a faint pinch in her hindquarters that left her thoughts scattered. "Hey!" She yipped, being caught off guard by her mentor. Though she wasn't about to whine, nor hold a sour mood. Lila only gave her mother a look before her paws began tearing up the ground beneath in hot pursuit of the great, pale wolf.
