fix me - Aponi - Feb 13, 2018

For @Kyna an angry grandmother has appeared
Mid-February
Light Snow -8C/18F

Aponi had taken a couple of days after the scout from the Heights had delivered her message to prepare things around the Bend before heading off. Everyone was well aware of where and why she was going and she had no idea when she would return but hoped that it would be about a week. Then, bright and early the next morning she had left the territory and began the journey to the mountain pack. The mother had never been there before but Attica had described the way clear enough that she was sure she could figure it out.

Near where Silent Moon Plateau had been.

That much was enough for Aponi to find her way without much trouble. The cold snap had broken on her way but in its absence it had begun a constant light snow that left the air feeling damp and any tracks covered within a few hours. The silver queen wished the winter would be over but was well aware of the challenges that came with the spring. Maybe half of her wished that the winter wouldn’t end afterall.

The borders were marked clearly; boldy. Coming upon them Aponi smirked in satisfaction, they may be having trouble with their Willow neighbours but they still seemed to be keeping it together. Coming to a halt along the territory line but not crossing into the pack’s lands the mother lifted her head and howled. Aponi had arrived.
