RE: smithereens - Greer - Oct 10, 2018

[dohtml]He did not expect them to understand, nor did he want to. They had always been loyal to the Ridge and, truthfully, he was grateful for their unwavering loyalty to Elettra’s legacy. Ravenna had kept the pack from crumbling into the abyss with Sven’s aide; they were a good team and he did not doubt that Willow Ridge would continue to preserver for many years to come. He nodded, once, in response to Sven before turning to his silver sister and offering a second nod (and a soft smile) to her words. This was not a forever good-bye. More of a see ya around or a we’ll be back. For now the Lore wasn’t the right place for the Archer Argyris’ to be. They had other kingdoms to build. Mountains to rule. Challenges to face. Love Rav, too, he hummed as he embraced her, his tail swaying softly behind him. Stay safe, he offered as he stepped back, his silver gaze sweeping between the two. Without another word, in true Greer fashion, the shadow dipped his head and turned around, his dark shape disappearing into the surrounding trees as he retreated to the mountain. One day he would return and seek out his former home. Check in and ensure everything was running smoothly. That his family was happy and continuing to flourish.  [/dohtml]
