we get high in backseat circles - Scully - Oct 13, 2018
open for anyone! random event: Willow Ridge, many of the local florae seem to be plagued with a sickness.
[dohtml] He was trying to be useful, to help clean up the mess he'd caused. Scully wasn't what one would call a responsible wolf, and he certainly had never really cared before about making amends or righting any wrongs. There'd been plenty of times where he had socked @Freyja or @Ragnar 'accidentally' while tussling or snuck food out of someone's private cache, and guilt had never followed him. This though, this had been huge and his dad still wasn't recovered. He'd even lost his position in the pack over it, making the small family as a whole vulnerable and just... lesser. It was too much, had hurt the few wolves that he genuinely did care about. And when he'd thought he'd found something, he ruined that too. That's what it must be, he thought, staring down at the mottled and wilted plants. Scully had come to collect those he knew to be helpful, that could be used on his father and fill Ravenna's stores, but his shit luck had followed him and caused this sickness. Taking even this small ability to help from him. The boy sighed, before bringing a thick paw down on one of the frail flowers, crushing it into the ground. "Fuckin' stupid." Everyone was tending to Sven and she was holding herself back. She was not a healer at heart as much as she wished she was. It was just better to stay out of the way. Check on the other things they might be missing. Most of all Lilith tried to do what she did best. Creep around quietly. This time it wasn't in pursuit of food. It was Sven's only son that had caught her interest. He could be up to something but this time it was not the usual.
"What's stupid?" She murmured, leaving the word from the question because she rarely swore. Taking those steps closer the expression on her dark face creased with confusion. She was worried for the boy. How he was taking it all without adding the part of bearing witness to the whole thing. With her gaze evidently soft, if she'd looked around she'd see what he might be cussing. But her eyes didn't leave the ink blotted Archer. She wanted him to tell her. |
