For mama @Sahalie set a few days ago when it snowed...
Something changed overnight.
Well, a lot of things changed -- mainly heat gave way to a brisk chill, but frankly, the thick pup wasn't much bothered by that. Last night had been a little colder, but tucked against her mother's side, it wasn't that bad either. But the ground was different today. As Archie yawned, started padding her way to get a drink after her sleep, she realized with some degree of astonishment that the ground was crispy. The wolf paused, staring down at the earth. It was faded. Almost pale. And that's when she blinked the sleep from her eyes and realized it was still falling. From the sky.
"MOOOOOOM!" she bellowed, jumping straight up into the air.
THIS WAS AWESOME!
