Nia was servile towards her mother, always aiming to please the aging woman. Between attempting to mark their boarders and fix the den, she was building a small cache for them as well. She knew they needed to also be recruiting, but she wasn't sure how to convince anyone to join a senile wolf and her unmated daughter. It didn't really sound all that hopeful for starting a pack. Still Nia was determined to let Danica believe it was possible. She wanted her mother's last seasons to be enjoyable, maybe surrounded by a new family? She wasn't sure what she could pull off...but knew it wouldn't be long before the sun would set on a day and she'd awake the next alone.
Instead of dwelling on her thoughts Nia threw herself into work. She refused to decide what she would do when the time came. So on this early morning she set out on a course to find prey. With any luck she'd be bringing something back by the end of the day. So far no tracks or trails had come to her, leading the woman to expand her search outside of the Thicket.
