A new day and a new dawn - Daesamar - Oct 29, 2021

((for @Chan Set just before Sunrise))

Daesamar made his way toward the edge of the hidden cove’s shore, his crooked ear perked and he took a moment to listen to the lapping water. Smiling, the large wolf sighed softly and stepped closer to the edge, to where he could see his eyes reflecting in the peaceful water. Today was the start of one of his daily rituals. Turning toward the east, he eagerly settled down on the shoreline, eyes toward the trees, to where he’d be able to see the sun rising soon.

Though he had been fairly quiet since joining the pack, he was starting to get used to pack life and this was a good way to maybe meet another member. Inhaling softly, he tilted his head back and howled out a greeting toward the other members, inviting them to come and join him if they wished.

RE: A new day and a new dawn - Chan - Nov 14, 2021

Chan was headed back in, the coming of the day telling his circadian rhythm that it was time to find shelter and rest. As he walked, he kept both eyes and ears alert, making sure that he didn't miss any signs of need that would be more important than his sleeping. Eventually, they landed upon Daesamar's distant figure, head raised to sound out the call that swirled within his ears. It wasn't a pressing matter, watching the sun rise; but Chan had the time, and wanted to better get to know his brother's new friend.

Once close enough, he barked out a soft woof to let the apprentice know company was arriving. Once at the other wolf's side, Chan settled down to sit and look over the water.

"How's it goin'?"
