Hellhound really did not know what he was looking for, but figured once he found it he would know. So far it was not much, yeah he had found his cousin and they were planning on stealing from their apparent other cousins soon but, same old. They had been doing that since six month olds, so while the heist itself was sure to make his heart pound, this still was not anything new.

He was desperate for something new. He grumbled with frustration as he came across a small outcropping of rocks deep within the forest. Flopping down onto one that was clear from snow thanks to the wind that he swept all the snow away. The light was just beginning to dim when he saw movement beneath the ice in front of him. Pulling himself closer, Hellhounds tail began to wave behind him when he realized what it was; fish, just below the surface.

RE: pancake formula - Clover - Feb 16, 2022

She had been out for an evening stroll along the creek, away from the hustle and bustle of pack duties to let herself breathe and clear her mind for a bit. She did love her family and pack, but sometimes a girl just needed to walk off into the trees and not think too much about anything for a while.

The scent of another wolf was apparent not too far into the cedarwood forest. Her tailed wagged slowly beside her hocks and she began to move at a more brisk pace, wondering if perhaps this stranger would be open to a bit of a conversation. She liked learning about others and where they came from.

It didn't take long to land eyes on the wolf, and for a moment she thought it was Flair, but the unfamiliar scent told her otherwise. Clover stopped a few strides shy of the rock pool, looking at the wolf who seemed to be intently gazing down at the ice beneath himself. "Hello! See anything interesting beneath the ice?" She tipped her head to the side, trying to get a good angle to see if she could spot anything that would be of interest to her.

The man tossed a look over his shoulder as a voice announced that he was not all alone here at the pool. Grinning at the woman, he tilted his skull sideways to invite her closer so that she could see what he had been staring at. She was a tiny little thing wasn’t she? And, she stunk to high heavens of other wolves, clearly she ran with a thick bunch, and where there were packs, there was food to be stolen. He just had to get the info first.

Looking back down at the ice before giving her a chance to make a decision he answered her question, ”Aye, a bunch o' fish stuck under th' ice. Could make fer a tasty treat if we could get them out.” It would not be too hard to do, but Hellhound was not particularly fond of being wet in times when it was so cold out, he sure as shit was not getting sick just so he could eat a few fish.

Besides, doing a little bit of digging for information was more appealing than digging through the ice for some measly fish. Looking back at the woman in white he grinned, ”I’m Hellhound, new t' th' area.” He left it at that, hoping for her to reciprocate with something that he could use.
