every moment holding - Marrah - Oct 01, 2022 All welcome!
Afternoon, Overcast, 60F/16C [dohtml] [/dohtml] RE: every moment holding - Walrus - Oct 01, 2022 The bigger and more capable her son grew, the less attention she paid to his exact whereabouts. At last she felt completely returned to her old self and all the freedoms she'd been afford before pregnancy. Taking advantage of it, Walrus chose to do some wandering of her own as @Claw explored his independence. She was drawn back south, curious about the wolves that had claimed the Ridge but not yet ready to contact them directly. Family had always been a messy thing, more trouble than they were truly worth. She was still enjoying this lack of obligation, vacationing in the solitary calm of the eye of the hurricane that was the Archer swarm. She sought just clues, and instead stumbled upon something else entirely. Now, what was a Chasm whelp doing all the way here? Walrus stalked the young teen's trail into and through the dark, her existence here inspiring questions that she would not be denied answers to. The shadows ahead shifted, and she knew that she was closing in, citrus eyes glinting with intensity. "Don't yer know how many wicked things hide beneath stone?" RE: every moment holding - Marrah - Oct 31, 2022 Sorry for the long long wait! I'm back in action now :)
[dohtml] [/dohtml] RE: every moment holding - Walrus - Dec 27, 2022 After her words, she saw a flash of those autumn eyes she'd remembered the girl possessing. There was no fear in what Walrus could see of her expression, not even shock. The woman almost frowned, but couldn't deny it made things all the more curious. She hadn't known Marrah to be particularly boisterous, but this still was a different demeanor from what she recalled. Or perhaps she simply hadn't paid enough attention to the child? Either was likely, in all honesty. "Oh, that's deep," she mused with a humored smirk, temporarily dropping pretenses. After all, ghost stories weren't fun without a reaction. "Chase yer all the way o'er the mount'n, did they? Yer wicked things?" |
