The falling snow had lured the she-wolf into the deceivingly welcoming Forest. The small tawny woman trotting in and around the looming Cedar trees. She searched for shelter while the sun disappeared into the dark winter night. Luck seemingly on her side as the female came across an old abandoned den. For the average wolf, the entrance would have been far too small to squeeze into, but for her, she was able to carefully wiggle her way in. Torah curled around herself, shivering, flattening her ears and tucking her tail tightly. She kept her eyes shut, hoping despite the cold she'd be able to rest.

She awoke to the same bitter cold she'd fallen asleep in. A chill raced down her spine, the woman's small frame trembling. Torah glanced to the entrance. Her brows knitted together, muzzle scrunching. Gingerly she stood up as much as she could in the cramped den to inspect the barrier. Snow had compacted the entrance shut, sealing it off with a thick layer. Not wasting a mere minute, she set to work towards digging through.
