strength - Niamh - Aug 08, 2023 @Rashina ? unless ur busy and then take ur time <3
She was reserved, tucked away. RE: strength - Rashina - Aug 09, 2023 After the death of Hagar, no one seemed to want to be in the willows any longer. All was quiet. Scarce, distant, as they waited for their next move. An already hot summer turned far hotter, the lands plagued. Their time to leave had become more and more necessary.
The burning in her throat had not eased. It was annoying, more then anything, where she felt the constant need to clear her throat again and again or to make soft, shallow coughs to stop the itching in it. It left her throat sore, hence the reasoning for her seeking out water often. Yet some of the water (like the pond she had visited north of Willow Ridge) had now become tainted with a sheet of ash. As of now she followed the trail of Niamh. Rising from her placement close to @Deirdre and after the scent. She could smell her near, the scent mingled with smoke as everything else. At her placement here, she howled mournfully out to the woman. RE: strength - Niamh - Aug 11, 2023 A mournful sound. RE: strength - Rashina - Aug 28, 2023 "Come, Niamh." She said only, opening herself up to the woman's embrace. Standing firm on doe-like legs, so that the woman could toss the weight of her woes onto her.
Hagar's waning health had come long before the fire though the smoke had been the final nail in the coffin. Whatever plagued him inside, Ra did not know. What she did know, was that it was not Hagar which had given strength to the pack. It had been Niamh. Her arrival had brought new life into the willows. Her courtship with Hagar bringing the man up and making him step up. Change had been upon them. It was a change which come far too late. Ra would not say these things to Niamh. Not now. Maybe not ever. She only hoped that one day Niamh might see it for herself. |
