My Sister's Keeper - Creed - Mar 21, 2024
The man paced the border back and forth. He was torn, half of him wanted to stay where his mother wanted her family to be at. The other needed to know his sister was safe. Creed came to a stop with a heavy sigh, knowing what he must do. The path towards the lake had finally become familiar. He was just starting to navigate the mountain more easily...
Creed approached the leader with his head lowered, "Nash..." He wasn't sure how to say this, other than to spit out, but was that right? "I'm worried about my sister, Iris, she hasn't caught up yet. I thought for sure she'd be here by now." He looked down, "With a murder on the loose..." He didn't want to offend, "I just want to make sure she's okay."
