Served on a silver platter - Rochus - Mar 24, 2024

Rochus was pissed to say the least. How dare his son up and leave at such a critical time of the year with some half-assed excuse. It was worse than when Sharlee disappeared out of the blue. Now his only blood relations in the pack were a bunch of chaotic children. The whole thing had really thrown his plans aside, but he was resourceful. New plans could be made. At the very least he had an in with Eros, even if he still thought the younger wolf had more to prove before gaining his full respect.

He took his annoyance out on a hare that had dared peek out from its burrow, not feeling hungry but wanting to sink his teeth into something, and as a bonus he could add to one of the pack food caches. Rochus made quick work - or at least as quick as one could dig through only partially thawed ground - of hiding the prey away. It did nothing to help his bad mood, but it was something productive, which was better than nothing.
