Magg was starting to get a sickly sinking feeling in her gut. She'd been looking for Neva for some time now, and was coming up empty. Had she gone out to look for her sister on her own? What if something happened to her too? When the girl did finally appear, that feeling didn't go away. The mother rushed to reach her panicked child, trying to make sense of what she was being told. She'd found Aven?! Trapped? By... @Nori? The pieces weren't really fitting together. Clearly, there was plenty missing. What mattered in this moment was that Neva knew where her twin was, and that Aven needed help. "Show me!" Clearly the child was out of breath, but what if her sibling didn't have much time left? How long had she been stuck, had she been able to drink? When had she last eaten? What if she was hurt? Her mind raced along with her paws as she was led. cw for general terror/being trapped/feelings of impending death
It wasn't a game and she wasn't in control anymore. The water had risen but she wasn't going to fit past the stones that had been rolled to seal her in. She floated amongst her own waste and the grimy remains Neva had thrown down, lungs heaving air in and out as panic gripped her whole body. Her sister was getting their mother, but with how much the rain had filled the hole since she'd left... no, there wasn't time. She was going to run out of air. She was going to run out of air and then she'd be surrounded by water. It would force itself into her lungs until they burst and she'd sink to the bottom screaming in misery and then it would all go black and she would be dead she was dying she had to get out- "HELP!" she screamed again, true terror clear in every word, "LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT HELP!!" RE: he didn't ask a single question - Neva - Nov 05, 2024 [dohtml] [/dohtml] |
