Happy Halloween!
It's really hard to believe Halloween is here once more -- apparently no one told that to Sandy, but we want to wish everyone a Happy Halloween despite the raging storm and hope you all stay safe. <3
RoW is celebrating its third Halloween with a stunning skin made by Sarah! Initially, we wanted to have the skin used for the new site, but unfortunately, we're still not ready for the move.. and we could not waste such a gorgeous skin. :) Thank you Sarah!
The new board is still being worked on. We have a few things that need tweaking still and are working to ensure the new board is up to everyone's standards. We'll be ready for the move before you know it!
Also.. does anyone else see those strange little pumpkins hiding around the site..? If you hover over them, they seem to give you a letter.. To those who happen to find all eleven scattered around the site, make sure to unscramble the letters for the Halloween word and PM it to the Spirit of Wildwood account. There might be some 'Player Points' in store for you.. our upcoming OOC Reward system. :)

Halloween Random Events
These were submitted by Vami, and we didn't want to wait until next year for you guys to enjoy them! Rather than have our Random Event generator determine who gets to participate in the Halloween fun, we're going to let you guys make use of all of them. These can only be used until November 4th, so threads that wish to be counted as participation in an RE must be started before that date. Enjoy, and Happy Halloween!
Relic Lore
The world goes dark for twenty-four hours. The sun does not rise and the stars and moon do not shine.
Pack Wolves
A large swarm of vampire bats have invaded your territory, seeking wolf blood.
Individual Wolves
Your character finds a live animal, half eaten crawling on the ground.
Your character falls into a spider pit (non-harmful, however).
Your character gets lost in a dark forest.
Your character starts hearing voices.
Your character suddenly starts feeling like their being watched.
Your character's path is crossed by a black (wild)cat.
Your character comes across a bone yard.
