Hunger Pangs - Roach - Aug 13, 2010 He was relieved at the sight of the rushing rapids and tumbling waterfall, the sparkle of the water reflected in his hollow eyes, but not as appreciative as he would have been if he had been able to find carcass. A listless, dull expression remained plastered on his face however, betraying no excitement or relief or happiness upon his discovery of the Falls. The scrawny male seemed to waver even as he stood still, as if at any moment the light breeze which trickled through the air would break his skeletal demeanor. He took a nervous step toward the shore of the water and waded in it, letting its coolness rush over his front paws. Just sayin, I don't care how badly he gets beat up, as long as he can survive. I don't want him killed or injured in a way that would definitely kill him, please and thanks :] Hunger Pangs - Borlla - Aug 14, 2010 [dohtml] Borlla returned to Bramble Falls in hopes of finding Marsh. Despite the display of aggression he'd shown, even if it was for educational purposes, Borlla considered him now one of her friends. It was a title easily earned, unfortunately, but a title nonetheless. She kept her distance from the water this time, as the roar of the fall filled her ears. It forced her into a sitting position. Marsh didn't seem to be around, and other than the pool, this place wasn't the most exciting place to be. Maybe a small sip wouldn't hurt. She knew now not to lean over so much, or get to focused on her own reflection. This time she wouldn't drown. No sir. Taking cautious steps to the edge, she flattened herself to the ground, and lapped carefully at the pretty water. Her eyes drifted off, out towards the fall, and she noticed a rather icky patch of water. "Ew..." She mumbled, withdrawing her muzzle, and taking a step back. Where did all that ick come from? Borlla glanced around as she continued to back up. Something felt wrong. |
