Random Event — Let the Rain Fall

Heavy, heavy rains have fallen in Relic Lore for the past week, with no end in sight. The storm has hit hardest in the northern part of the Vale. As a result, the Secret Falls and its respective river have flooded their banks. The water has risen quickly, creating a flash flood situation. Darkwater Rapid's pack territory has been hit especially hard by the rains, with their pack den and many of their caches having been flooded out.

This is an All Welcome thread that is free for anybody to respond too. Because of the severity of the flood, however, its conditions will affect all territories and all creatures living in and around Secret Falls for the foreseeable future.
