Wild Card - Inali - Apr 01, 2014

- Just Another Saturday Night

Inali: Click! except with blue eyes and brown hair lol

IC: Inali woke up, her head pounding and her ears ringing. Hissing in pain, the petite vampire struggled to get a hold of her surroundings. Running her tongue along her fangs, the foreign girl's ice blue orbs raved across the bar. Dead mortals were littered all around and instead of feeling terrified...she felt satisfied. Using her vampire speed, the woman got up and leaned against the counter. The dark brunette ran a hand through her waves, a hiss escaping her once again. All she remembered from last night...was it being wild. Though no specifics came to mind.

Usually so keen on her surroundings, the woman could give two shits if anyone else was in the bar watching her wallow in her hungover misery.

Drawn by the smell of fresh blood, Naia padded into the dilapidated building to sniff around for the source. Although she was in human form at the moment, her sense of smell remained heightened as it was when she shifted. She was overwhelmed by the delicious scent of dead mortals, but there was one smell that stuck out among the rest-- vampire! And there she was, quietly leaning against the counter admiring her handiwork.

"Looks like you had fun last night," she commented with a wolfish grin. Though she smiled, she remained standing in the doorway, watching the fanged stranger warily. Her kind did not typically mix with the bloodsucking sort, after all.

The scent hit her before the voice. Ew. Werewolf. She personally had nothing against the furry beasts, just that their smell was utterly rank. A tiny scrunch of her nose was the only thing that showed her displeasure as she turned her attention to the girl at the door.

Inali chuckled. "Apparently so. Too bad I don't remember shit." Her blue orbs once again ran across the dead bodies all over the floor before her piercing gaze connected with the girl's at the door. "What's a wolf like you doing here? You guys have your own little hole in the wall." Her tone was neither accusatory or mean, she was just curious. The wolves had their own establishment, just to keep tensions on the DL.

There are several fresh rabbit tracks in the snow. Hunt Opportunity

The bloodsucker's frozen stare met hers, and for a moment Naia thought she might be in trouble until the stranger chuckled. Naia relaxed, grinning wryly at the brunette's comment about her failing memory. We've all been there. She took a step inside, removing her satin hood to fully take in the scene. The vampire's harsh, metallic scent made her nose twitch.

"Yes.. but at the moment The Lamb isn't littered in freshly-slaughtered mortals." She took another step, this time toward the closest corpse to the door. She wasn't above scrounging a vampire's leftovers. "I didn't really expect to see one of you out this late after dawn." Didn't the bloodsuckers usually fly off for their coffins or crypts or whatever dreary place they hid once the sun was up?

Inali shrugged her aknowledgement, choosing not to verbally respond to the girl's first statement. Watching as the petite girl stepped in, her eyes went to the satin hood she had removed. Cute. I have little Red Riding Hood in my midst. A small smirk showed her amusement at her thoughts.

The wolf girl headed for a corpse near the door, and Inali rolled her eyes at the girl's comment. "Were not Dracula, wolf girl. We can step out into the sun without dying. It's just better if we stick to the shadows." Not elaborating any more on her vague statement, she let her eyes roam the figure in front of her. "Whats your name? And you can come closer, you know. I promise I won't maul you...too much." A mischevious glint lit her eyes. To most, it was a secret that she held a thing for girls. But what harm can a bit of flirting do?

RE: Wild Card - Naia - Apr 01, 2014

Naia crouched by the corpse in the doorway, and as she inhaled a rancid stench filled her senses. Ugh-- already rotting. This was likely the first victim of the night, judging by the state of his decomposition and his position by the door. The wolfgirl stood up in a graceful, fluid motion, stepping over her rejected meal as she entered the room. She looked up just as the stranger was rolling her cerulean eyes. The lupine lady shrugged, hoping to cover up her surprise at the new information. Her pack was currently operating under the impression that they were completely safe during daylight hours. The Baranski aplha would be interested to hear otherwise.

"I'm Naia," she responded simply, and a musical giggle escaped her as the vampiress joked about mauling her. At least she hoped it was a joke. "Is that the same thing you told these lovely bar patrons?" She teased back, moving closer to the intriguing woman. As she approached the counter, she noticed the most tantalizing smell emanating from behind the bar. No doubt the fanged woman had saved the bartender for last, teasing and torturing the mortal trapped behind the counter. The corpse still smelled like fear.

Giving her that information probably wasn't the best idea. There was a war going on, wolves versus vampires, and either side always tried to scramble for more information that could help in furthering their victory. Not that her leader would care. Minka was trying to overthrow the fellow leader of Whisper Caverns, Ash. She had too much on her plate without worrying about some pesky mutts. Making a mental promise to not let any more information slip, Inali let herself enjoy the moment. Comraderie between wolves and vampires was rare, but not completely uncommon. Proof of it was the situation she was currently in.

The girl answered. Naia. Interesting. But the young woman was not done, as she threw a comeback right back to Inali's teasing. Not one to give up easily, the brunette countered swiftly as she quickly jumped onto the counter. "Maybe...maybe not." The memories of the night before were slowly coming back.

Her blue gaze moved to the dead man behind the counter, along with Naia's. "Mmm," she hissed in memory. "He was fun to play with. Not to mention delicious," Inali continued, her last word practically a purr. Her blue eyes closed momentarily in remembrance, and her hidden fangs came out in the open. Her tongue could feel the sharp tips.

"Delicious, hmm?" Naia's canid eyes followed the demon as she leaped onto the countertop with inhuman grace. "You wouldn't mind if I had a taste?" She vaulted over the bar in one swift movement, landing in an animalike crouch on the opposite side of the counter. The petite girl sniffed at the corpse on the ground before her, delighting in the delicious musk of human fear that still clung to the fresh kill. There was nothing quite like the thrill of chasing down your own prey, but wolves were also scavengers by nature.

"I didn't catch your name," she stated, briefly tearing her golden eyes away from what was left of the bartender to gaze up at the vampiress. She cocked her head in a curious, puppyish way.
