Quick Fix - Deacon - Oct 23, 2014 October 23, 2014 | Mist — 31° F/0° C | For Mama @Elettra <3
[dohtml]Ouch, ouch, ouch. The Archer Lyall prince had gone and done it. He managed to cut his paw while running carelessly. He should have know better and it probably served him right for not taking Morganna and the others warnings about not leaving the pack. Of course wanderlust had gotten the best of him and he had take the chance to run for a bit. Thus resulting in him cutting his paw on a rather dull looking but sharp pointed rock. Limping his way to where the herbs smelled strong he was hoping his mother or one of the other healers would be here. He mostly wished for his mother though because Deacon did not want to make a fool of himself by saying he got cut by a rock. Surely the others would laugh at him for saying such things. Though he knew they probably wouldn't understand his issues anyways. Besides, best to go to mother for these types of situations. Sticking his nose into the infirmary he sniffed in deeply. It smelt of both his mother and the strong scent of enticing plants. So many smells he hadn't even encountered before his brain was a bit overwhelmed. But he reminded himself what he was here for. Looking around for a moment he decided it would be easier to just call out to her. "Mom? Are you in here?" His voice was a soft hush in case someone else was in the infirmary. RE: Quick Fix - Elettra - Nov 04, 2014 [dohtml] It was a moment of laziness of Elettra's part and yet pure and utter bliss. She had slept in late this morning, not bothering to rouse the group up from slumber with grumbles, growls and nips to get them moving along. She was content to curl in the corner of the back of the den, entangled in the limbs of her agouti mate, @Angier Lyall. Of course, Angier wit a persistence to keep busy and make his mate happy, had strayed off if only to insure Elettra would have reason to rest further with knowing at least one of the pack's leaders was keeping Willow Ridge in order. So the Queen rest, with her busy bees doing much of the work for her when it came to stocking up the pack (both herbal and food), intercepting scavengers and greeting possible members at the borders. [/dohtml]
When her child called out to her, Elettra had already moved from the wide rocky formation of the pack den, down into the floor of the area underground where the Infirmary lie. To put in simply, Elettra was organizing, shuffling out the old plants that were of no use to her anymore, flattening out the furs collected in here for resting and making sure she had at least two of every plant collected in the pack lands whilst back up supply remained in the Storage den @Xetor had seemed to govern over. Moving about, it seemed she had more then she thought. Perhaps @Morganna was bringing the herbs she found here instead of the Storage den where Xetor placed his? She wondered, for a moment, if any illness was between them and then decided she didn't care. They were family and they would get along... or else. "Deacon." She speaks, a bit of concern as she smells the faint scent of blood. It could not be at all serious and yet, a mother was always concerned. Her boys (and daughter) deserved the best. "Let me see..." |
