To be a Spectre - Oliver - Oct 25, 2014

Oliver let out a sigh as he walked somber through the groups of trees. Not even a good solid month in his new home before they were plagued with bad news- one of their leaders had gone missing. His feelings on the matter were a muted dour- while he himself had never experienced being in love, or had caring parents, it was clear this was affecting Triell and his children greatly. And he felt for them. Because even if he wasn't in the exact same situation, he could imagine that the pain was similar to the pain he felt at Galley's death. And Oliver didn't want to wish that on anyone.

His admiration for Triell urged him to help- but he didn't know how. Oliver had never seen the lady, or if he had, he certainly didn't know to put the appropriate rank to her face. He had a working nose, but he had never gotten the opportunity to register her scent either. It frustrated him, how his inability cloistered him into a state of uselessness. The least he could do was prepare for her eventual return- if she returned. And if she did, she could be injured. And that's where he would prove his worth.

Naturally, Oliver hoped that she was alright, and wouldn't need medical attention, but the mind couldn't help but wander. So he did what he could- looked for herbs to increase his stock. However, that was kind of hard when he barely knew how far he could go without walking into danger. What he needed was a wolf who knew the woods.
