Find your place, or else someone will put you in it - Seraphina - Dec 01, 2014

For @Muerda Loosely based off the lazy Seraphina photo ;)

Seraphina had gone out in search of herbs to bring back to the den, but had decided to take a break when she came across a beautiful spot. There were many thoughts and feelings swirling around in the young Faye's mind and in her heart. It would be beneficial to take the time out to reflect and organize those thoughts and feelings. When Phina reached the edge of the terrain she came upon a forest of pine trees, and out of this forest came a small creek that ran across the flatter part of the territory. However, not far from where this creek exited the forest, one of the pine trees had fallen down and landed so that it hovered just above the creek, creating a sort of bridge. Of course, no bridge was necessary to cross the small creek, but the idea of sitting on the trunk of the tree, hovering just above the creek reminded Seraphina of her old home. How many times had she sat on one of the slate grey, sleek rocks that bordered the edge of the rapids and let one of her paws dip into the icy water? The Faye princess was thrilled to have such a quaint place to relax here in her new home. Without much delay, Phina bounded over to the tree trunk, settled herself on top of it and let one of her paws hang over the edge so that it casually dipped into the creek water that streamed under the tree trunk.

Comforted and relaxed, Phina began to reflect on how her first few days in Silent Moon Plateau had gone. Her acceptance had been tense. Her meeting with Myrrhis, had helped her through that, however. But then there was the meeting with Aesire and the one with Celandine. One had been very pleasant and the other had been...not pleasant. Overall, Seraphina felt like she was teetering on the edge of a cliff. Would she fall off if her pack mates continued to reject her? Would she allow her dream to be crushed and her heart to be broken? Or would she find a way to step back from the edge? No matter what, she knew that she needed to find a place for herself in this pack, one way or another. She would not allow herself to be pushed out, nor would she ever give up trying to settle herself into her rightful place. She had decided to make this her home and she would do just that.
