What's it Doing? - Luz - Dec 15, 2014

Random Event-Luz, a critter pulls on your tail.
Freezing fog — 9° F/-13° C

Seeing how Luz was trying to become a hunter in the pack she was trying to get out more and look for prey to fill the caches with. Winter was slowly starting to take control of the area and the freezing fog that clouded the air was a reminder of this. Slowly the pale girl walked through the blackberry bushes. She was hoping that maybe just maybe there would be a rabbit or something trying to search for some frozen berries that lay beneath the snow. That is if she was lucky and she didn't think she was, seeing that it was almost midday and she had started out early in the morning in order to comb through the bushes.

Sighing she decided that maybe she should rest for a little bit and be quite to see if she could hear anything. Stepping closer to on of the bushes she lay down her head resting on her paws. Her cinnamon ears twisted this way and that trying to hear the faint paw steps of some type of prey. Her eyes drifted closed as she tried to focus just on that. It felt like hours to her before she finally heard the tell tale scrap of little paws on the icey snow. Holding still she foucsed on the noise. It was coming from behind her and getting closer. What was it doing? Her question was answered as she felt a sharp tug on her tail.

Surprised the pale girl sprang to her feet and whirled around. The culprit was already off, startled by her sudden movements. With a short growl of annoyance she took off after the bushy tailed creature. She was going to see how that squirrel liked to have its own tail pulled.
