With Reiko to the rescue, as soon as he prodded his sister more than once she seemed to jump to life. The father could easily let his grin slip. Reiko had impeccable timing, looking back in relief to witness what he must have thought was the same thing by his father's smile. It was a little, but more just amusement how she had them wrapped around her paw already. He mused what Naira would think of her display, but was unlikely to tell her until much later. Though, maybe she would be back soon enough.

But, they were both quick to attentively watch her as she began tearing the brown coat from the rabbit, rapidly reaching its flesh. "Just needed a good meal," he commented. Hoping after this they would be ready for a good long nap. He probably was of need far worse than them. "Reiko, don't forget about yourself," he reminded, indicating the other piece they had uncovered. With a sigh of content he rested his head, glad for this moment.
