Daighre
The pain exploding beneath his leg and around his rib cage wasn’t stopping. It was getting worse and he didn’t hesitate to sink his teeth into pale fur and dark skin and pull. She refused to submit. He would force her to one way or another. Or rather—that was the plan. But how often did things go as he planned?

Teeth sunk into the back of his neck and he snarled. Dug his own teeth even deeper into the fur and skin held between his jaws like a punishment because no wonder she wasn’t taking the easy route. She had this planned. What kind of coward staged fights and drew them out until help arrived? His throat rumbled with a growl and he tried to keep his grip on the wolf beneath him. Except the stranger behind him kept pulling and her teeth were ripping him apart and—

He let go of her with a snarl. “Let go of me, you son of a—” His neck twisted, his teeth snapped at air, and he struggled to escape from the stranger’s grasp.

Birtie Parlow-Tallis
She could play this game all day long. If he wanted to pull on her scruff than she'd pull on his own skin. Eventually one of them would go down it was only a matter of time.

But then something changed in the way they were pulling. She felt his teeth sink in deeper and the force seemed to pull further back. Birtie was forced to let go of his skin but by the time she had done that he was off of her neck. Without a second to waste she moved away from the blonde boy, spinning to face whatever had just happened.

The dark form of @Kajika was visible, holding the loner rather firmly. He had been the one that made the boy's teeth sink deeper into her neck. Suddenly a churn of feelings tumbled about in her gut as her gaze narrowed. Was she to be grateful or upset? She was content to simply watch for now. They could discuss things once the loner was fully taken care of.

Kajika Tallis

She wasn't only a pack mate but he had told her that she was his responsibility and that included making sure she was safe. This time he was able to be there when someone he cared about was getting hurt and he was going to stop it. He knew it was only a scuffle bit scuffles could get worse and he wasn't willing to risk it.

While he was glad that Birtie had it in her to protect the pack and herself and to do it by any means she deemed necessary he didn't want her hurt. He stepped in without a second thought and drug the loner off her, there had been some pulling and he had not realized that the loner had applied more pressure to the bite he had on Birtie but she had finally been released.

Pulled the yearling away from the cream female as he yelled about letting him go. Kajika growled in response until he felt he had the liner far enough from Birtie he wouldn't retaliate on her. He clearly wasn't past that as he'd tried to get a hold of Kajika while being drug. Finally he let the boy go before swiftly stepping over him. “You need to leave before you end up worse off than you already are. How dare you come at my subordinate in such a manner?” He spoke amber gaze fixed on the youngsters face, teeth bared and fur bristling.

Daighre
Just when he thought his month couldn’t get any worse. Because not only did his mom physically throw him out of the pack, everybody else seemed to take it upon themselves to drag him around. What was he? A goddamn child? He could walk! He was practically an adult! His throat rumbled with a snarl and he wanted nothing more than to rip the face off the guy dragging him.

But he wasn’t dumb. The strangers around him smelled the same and like hell was he picking a fight against an entire pack. Maybe if it was a fair fight he would take them on and win. But they were cowards that used cheap tactics and the last thing he needed was to get his ass kicked by strangers all day. So, when the bastard dragging him let him go—Daighre stumbled to his feet and turned to face them.

Fuck off.” Was all he growled in return. He wasn’t going to let cowards tell him what to do.

She clicked her teeth in sharp warning to the stranger. The loner was outnumbered and they were still awfully close to the Cove where surely more members were present. Birtie couldn't believe that he would still run his mouth after all of that.

"Just...get lost." The large female rumbled at the younger wolf with venom evident in her tone. Her neck was sore and she was not hoping for a second round but she'd throw herself into the fight again in necessary. After all, she couldn't pawn the task off to Kajika when she had been the one to actually start it. Another thing to talk about later if the need ever arose.

Maybe things would have been best if she just ignored the whole thing. That way they wouldn't be standing here with her alpha between them like they were bickering children.

Kajika Tallis

Kajika's tail lashed behind him and ears flattened against his skull as he stood over the yearling. He'd given his warning to the young wolf to leave, he wouldn't tolerate loners being rude to his pack mates nor would he tolerate physical altercations with them. In his eyes Birtie had every right to do what she did.

The ear that was closest to the cream female came forward as her voice filled the air around them, “You heard her.” Then for emphasis Kajika snapped his jaws with a sharp click inches from the yearlings face. He then backed off and waited for him to make the right choice or a bad choice.

The alpha put himself between the loner and Birtie before preparing himself to stop the stranger if need be. He would check on his newest member as soon as the loner was out of the area.

Daighre
The adrenaline and anger were wearing off and what replaced it was a growing sense of exhaustion and irritation. He wasn’t going to be intimidated by a pack of cowards nor was he going to listen to them. But neither of the wolves seemed keen on turning their back on him and leaving. It made sense, but he loathed the idea of being the first to leave. His tail twitched and his lips twisted into a faint sneer.

“Whatever.” He scoffed. They were both cowards and nobodies. If the fight was fair, he would have kicked both their asses. And—with the little that remained of his dignity—Daighre turned around and slunk away.

Exit Daighre.

Birtie Parlow-Tallis
A huff escaped her as the young male finally slipped away. Perhaps it was rude but she didn't pay Kajika much mind and instead turned herself around to face the Cove. Her body posture slumped into something more lowly as she began to walk off. She had every intention of heading right back to her hidden spot. @Kajika was - obviously - free to follow her but Birtie wasn't going to stand out here and chatter with the dark male.

She spared no second glances and only hoped that her alpha saw that for sure that the loner was on his merry way.

The alpha felt he was taking a risk in letting the boy up but he knew that it was a risk he had to take. He wouldn't know if the yearling would do something stupid or not. Thankfully he did make the right decision and left. Leaving he and Birtie alone on the path.

Well that lasted only so long. Just as he was turning to check and make sure she was alright she took off with a huff. She left him behind very confused on whether or not she was mad at him.

He wanted to follow her but couldn't right away. He knew he needed to make sure the loner was gone before finding out what was going on with Birtie.
