Nash did not like this, this open... pit inside of him. He should know better, he should be able to handle this. He hadn't come home to find everyone missing again this time after all. He had a pack. He had a family. They weren't going anywhere.
Except Chan.
But he promised.
Nothing else they'd said really mattered right now. All that mattered was Chan was leaving Nash again. He was leaving the pack he'd just helped to create. He... he couldn't make himself stay. No matter what he said, Nash couldn't help feel that he'd done something wrong, that somehow he'd disappointed his brother and that's why he was leaving.
He didn't really want to see anybody. He didn't want to talk to their mother... not right now. There was only one other member of the pack that would be able to understand what he was going through, what he was feeling. Without even thinking about it, Nash's paws began carrying him through the territory, aimlessly looking for his leader without really looking. He supposed if he found him, he found him, and if he didn't... he didn't mind wandering. He was good at wandering.
