Belladonna Calor
Victory had never been a possibility, but to a child, victory in the strictest sense was never too important - at least not to a child like Bella, for whom competitiveness and need to be the best had never been something she was born with. She would never be as big or strong as Datura, and he was her age - so she had no chance against Ash. The difference here was that Ash never made her feel small. She loved her brother, but it was... it was not the same.

So it wasn't a surprise when he passed her, turned on his heels and blocked her path, but it didn't matter - she skid to a halt with a yelp of protest, gangly legs trying to recoordinate so she could dash away but he managed to bop her muzzle mid-movement, throwing her balance just enough that she fell forwards and almost crashed into the ground - but the energy was coursing through her, and she saved herself, propelling herself forwards and out of his reach.

"You don't play fair," she said, sticking out her tongue, hopping about in a loose circle as she came to face him again, though his superiority over her did not faze the girl. She'd be bigger too one day, and though she didn't think she'd ever be as tall as him, maybe then she would be faster - and the games would go differently, he'd see.

Ash Hervok
OOC: You said I could PP Bella to where she goes with Ash. <3 Sorry it took so long. You can reply or archive.

He puffed his chest out proudly as if he were bragging to her of his successful victory, a small smile on his lips. She never did seem to mind being the center of attention, and Ash couldn’t complain. Bella seemed to be the only other wolf that could bring happiness to him, considering the recent disappearances. It was nothing the young female had to worry about, but keeping an eye on her would not be a bad idea. Their playtime had been fun and her tone caused him to look from the sky, back down upon her, adoration showing in his eyes as he looked down upon her. “Now, do you honestly think it would be much fun if I played fair?” He then winked at her, his amusement fading out of his eyes when he glanced back at the sky. It was another time of a border run, but an idea struck him.

The pup in front of him was older now and she would be able to accompany him on a patrol. He was there to keep an eye on her and so, he didn’t see a problem with it. He didn’t want her to leave either, quite frankly, she made him happy, and he liked bringing fun and joy into her life. It could have been noted as a teaching lesson. And so he spoke to her calmly, “I have to go mark the borders. Wanna see how it’s done?” His voice held an edge of mystery in it, and as she readily agreed all he did was smile, before he set of towards the outer edge of Poison Path territory with Belladonna padding contently by his side. Everything was going to be alright.

I think I've finally seen the light..in you.
