So many questions whirled through his mind at once that he could not even form a reply to the wolf before him.
Looking around the area for any plant that seemed out of the ordinary, Destin felt a stronger need to assist the dark-furred female in her search. This herb could be the difference between life and death for someone else, and so it must be vital to find. When he looked up the lady was already leaving the area. Nodding in respect to her, he watched with golden eyes as she disappeared into the undergrowth after a short good-bye. Their meeting had been brief at best, and Destin would always wish for more time in order to understand this wolf who still seemed mysterious. She had an aura that made him feel like she was very wise with good stories to tell. Before she departed she confirmed Destin's own fears; this herb was for someone else who really needed them. Now alone in the forests of this new land, Destin took to looking around more fully for any unusual plants. It was worth a try, right? Trotting away from the meeting site with his nose snuffling around in the dirt and leaves of the forest his golden eyes looked for anything of interest. Finding nothing he stifled a frustrated growl before moving on to another area to continue his search.
